- How can I concentrate for 16 hours while studying?
I will share my timetable with students, which is very helpful. I spent 15 hours studying nonstop (give or take). When
pichwade pe aag lagti, hum tab bi kaam karte hai.
pichwade pe aag lagti, hum tab bi kaam karte hai.
Meaning: We only put up our best effort when we are fired up.
One of the most difficult exams in India, the Chartered Accountancy exam, was what I was studying for. Everyone in my friends’ group spent the same number of hours studying as I did. Everyone could focus for 15 hours a day with ease; the formula is below.
Can I presume that you are absolutely determined to pass the tests to which you are devoting your time?
This presumption is crucial. Because this assumption was true for everyone I know who passed.
The secret to success is planning and time management.
Sleep for seven hours each day out of the 24 available. I used to get six hours of sleep. Inspirated by Arnold Schwarzenegger, I suppose. I watched a video on Goalcast where he said that he has to put in more hours in order to succeed. He used to get a good night’s sleep of six hours, or more if necessary.
I adopted this strategy. I won’t lie, I was a little worn out at first. But I was aware that I would have to make this small sacrifice in order to receive the esteemed degree.
So now 24–7 = 17 hours left.
Wake up at 5:45 am precisely, and get ready by 6 a.m.
A study from 6 am to 8:30 a.m. Have breakfast: 15 mins (max).
8:45 am to 1:45 pm of study: 5 consecutive hours. Only bring a bottle of water into a closed space; no laptops, tablets, phones, or other electronic devices are allowed. You can accomplish it, so don’t worry.
Remember WILLPOWER!
Lunch time
Take a pause and have lunch between 1:45 and 2:30.
Start studying again from 2:30 till 6:30. Spend 30 minutes enjoying nature by going for a quick walk. I used to do it often. I used to take motivational walks in a neighboring park while listening to Eminem and other podcasts. occasionally comedic stand-up. All the mess from my studies has been cleared from my head. I used to spend that half hour completely unfocused on studying.
Restart between 7 and 8:30 o’clock. Eat dinner between 8:30 and 9:00.
From 9:00 pm until 11:00 pm, pick up your studies again. At 11:00 p.m., go to bed and carry on, as usual, the following day.
Therefore, you had 17 hours total (after deducting sleep from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am).
17 hours, 15 minutes (for breakfast), and 45 minutes (much-needed break & lunch) – 30 mins(Brisk walk: highly required) (Brisk walk: extremely necessary) – 30 minutes for dinner equals 15 hours.
Have RESOLUTIONS and a burning desire to succeed.
When you have a single objective in mind, nothing can stop you, and you will be fully focused.
How can I concentrate for 16 hours while studying?
The reality of a 16-hour study day is as follows:
- 6 am wake up
- 30 minutes to get ready
- 6:30am-12:30pm study (6hrs)
- 30minutes for lunch
- 1 pm-6 pm study (5hrs)
- 30minutes for dinner
- 6:30pm-11:30pm study (5hrs)
- 30 minutes to get ready for bed
- 12 am sleep time
- 6 am wake up (6hrs sleep)
If there is a significant assignment due the next day, studying in this manner might occur once or twice a semester.
However, continuing this habit for more than one or two days will be detrimental to both your health and academic achievement.
I once attempted to study 12 hours every day, but it left me with headaches and exhaustion.
There is no student I would want to go through that.
Humans require 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
You need to exercise if you’re a person.
Humans require social relationships in order to survive.
You require rest and relaxation as a human. Focus on studying for 6 to 8 hours at a time, and leave 16 hours to people who think they are superhuman.
See, it’s not that tough to study for 17 hours a day, and many others have succeeded in doing so, so you can too.
First, if you want to go by daily hours, it can be challenging for you; instead, go by weekly hours. like scheduling 80 to 90 hours of study per week.
Second, make appropriate plans because, as humans, we weren’t created just to learn.
Get up at six in the morning and complete all of your daily tasks.
Then, you should concentrate on being productive from 9 am until 11.30 pm.
(Lunch and dinner breaks are all provided here; all you need to do is the study and take a 30-minute break every so often.
Monday to Thursday,
14 hours × 4 days hours.
Friday and Saturday,
10 hours ×2 days=20 hours.
Sunday,
7 hours.
Total = 83 working hours.Which is awesome.
Remember that keeping such a rigid schedule will test you to the limit, so be psychologically prepared.
Students can adhere to it, but they should also take care to prevent anything that would interfere with their timetable.
Discipline is the key. People even study 100 hours a week.
However, it is for pupils who need to pass a test. And before adhering to it, you should consider whether you actually desire this kind of schedule. Only if it is absolutely required should you proceed.
This study schedule was published on a website that I can’t recall. I’ll provide you with the link as soon as I locate that article.
Happy learning.
